Founder, owner, and wedding specialist, Jim Rio, performs most wedding receptions (unless another Music Connection DJ is requested). Jim takes the time to get to know each couple before the “big day”. Jim meets with each and every couple before the reception to go over the specific details of their special day, including time of events, introduction of names, music selection and special requests. Our helpful wedding guides sent out to you before the reception provides you with ideas and suggestions to help create what you have envisioned in making your dreams come true. Jim understands that it is your wedding and you should have it done your way. He listens to you and makes certain everything is done to fulfill your wishes. Jim also goes out of his way at the reception hall to accommodate the bride and groom and works closely with the caterer, photographer, videographer, and other service providers so you can relax and enjoy your evening.

Jim acts as the Master of Ceremony for your reception. He always arrives professionally dressed in a tuxedo at every reception. And, rest assured, your requested songs will be heard from a state-of-the-art high quality digital sound system that looks as good as it sounds. Jim handles the details, you enjoy the day!
